Step 2 – Take Your Oil Sample

Taking a sample is quick and straightforward.

Ideally, collect the sample while the engine is warm during or just before an oil change.

The sample only takes a few minutes to collect, and full instructions are included with every kit.

Tip: A clean sample gives the most accurate results.

Step 3 – Send It Back

Complete the sample information form and return everything to us using the supplied packaging.

Once your sample arrives, it's booked into our laboratory process ready for testing.

Step 4 – Laboratory Analysis

Your oil is professionally analysed for indicators including:

Engine wear metals
Fuel dilution
Coolant contamination
Water contamination
Dirt ingress
Soot
Oil condition
Viscosity changes

These results help identify developing problems that often cannot be detected during a routine service.

Step 5 – Receive Your Report
